Quality management. ISO 9001

Since 2018, the company LLC Legenda started to gradually develop and implement a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001. Already in July 2018, based on the results of an audit conducted by the international body for the certification of management systems TUV Thuringen, the company confirmed the compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of the international standard "ISO 9001" and "STB ISO 9001". Upon completion of the certification audit, Legenda LLC was issued a certificate of compliance, according to which the company's quality management system complies with the requirements of the international standard "ISO 9001" and "STB ISO 9001".

MISSION

"Legenda" LLC sees its mission in providing a range of services for the delivery of cargo (including dangerous goods) in specialized tank trucks, taking into account all the wishes of customers and in all conditions.

The strategic goal of our policy:

Becoming a leader among European companies by providing a high-quality service package, increasing the efficiency of the organization and using modern technologies.
To achieve the strategic goal, Legenda LLC maintains and continuously improves the quality management system based on the process approach and risk-oriented thinking, as well as international standards and modern practices.

Priorities:

1. Compliance with the legislative requirements and requirements of consumers to the quality of services through the comprehensive consideration of the interests and expectations of customers, improving their satisfaction, as well as the reliability and safety of transport;
2. Preservation of existing and development of new markets for the implementation of a range of services for the delivery of goods (including dangerous goods), in specialized road tankers;
3. Increase the professionalism of employees, ensure cohesive teamwork;
4. Involving all employees in the process of joint activities to achieve the goals of the organization;
5. Introduction and development of modern information technologies that ensure the use of reliable and timely information when making managerial decisions.
